The Parrot Started Calling the Dog by the Wrong Name
Every morning, the parrot shouted,
“Kevin! Come here!”
The dog always ran to the cage.
His owner laughed.
“His name is Max, not Kevin.”
The parrot ignored him.
One day, the owner asked,
“Why do you keep calling him Kevin?”
The parrot looked at the dog.
Then it said,
“Because every time I say ‘Max,’ he ignores me.”
The owner stared at the dog.
Max wagged his tail.
The parrot shouted,
“KEVIN!”
Max ran over.
The owner sighed.
“Fine. Your name is Kevin now.”
