A passenger jumped into a taxi.
“Airport, please! And hurry!”
The driver started driving.

“I can.”
“Then take it!”
The driver turned onto a tiny street.

The passenger stared at him.
“What are you doing?”
The driver sighed.
“Finding out whether my shortcut was actually a shortcut.”

“We’re definitely going to miss the flight!”
