My Friend Bought a Robot Vacuum and Immediately Got Jealous
My friend bought a robot vacuum.
He was extremely excited.
“Look! It cleans the entire house by itself.”
The robot started moving across the floor.
My friend smiled.
“See? No effort.”
Five minutes later, he was following it around.
I asked, “Why are you following the vacuum?”
“I’m supervising.”
“Supervising what?”
“The cleaning.”
The robot went under the sofa.
My friend got down on the floor.
“Where are you going?”
I laughed.
“You’re talking to it!”
He said, “I’m motivating it.”
The robot came back out and started cleaning the kitchen.
My friend watched silently.
Then he sighed.
“What?”
“I’ve been married for ten years.”
“Okay…”
“My wife has never looked at me with that much respect.”
I burst out laughing.
The robot continued cleaning.
My friend pointed at it.
“Show-off.”
