The Wedding Singer Stopped the Music for One Very Important Reason
The wedding singer was performing beautifully when suddenly he stopped.
Everyone became quiet.
The bride looked worried.
“What happened?”
The singer pointed toward the back.
“Someone is singing louder than me.”
Everyone turned around.
An uncle was loudly singing along.
The bride laughed.
“That’s my uncle.”
The singer smiled.
“Can he stop?”
The bride shook her head.
“He doesn’t listen to anyone.”
The singer thought for a moment.
Then he grabbed the microphone.
“Sir, would you like to come up here and sing?”
The uncle immediately walked onto the stage.
The singer handed him the microphone.
The uncle started singing.
Everyone covered their ears.
After ten seconds, the uncle stopped.
“How was that?”
The singer smiled.
“Fantastic.”
The uncle looked proud.
“Really?”
“Absolutely.”
Then the singer whispered,
“Now you understand why I stopped.”
