The Librarian Found a Man Whispering Into His Phone
A librarian spotted a man talking on his phone inside the library.
She walked over and whispered,
“Sir, this is a library.”
The man whispered back,
“I’m sorry.”
She nodded.
“Thank you.”
He continued his phone call.
“YES, I’LL CALL YOU BACK!”
The librarian jumped.
“Sir!”
He looked confused.
“What?”
“You need to be quiet.”
“I am being quiet.”
“You just shouted.”
He looked around.
Everyone was staring at him.
He lowered his voice.
“Sorry.”
The librarian walked away.
Ten seconds later, the man whispered into his phone,
“See? This is why I hate libraries.”
A woman at the next table whispered,
“WE CAN ALL HEAR YOU.”
The man looked embarrassed.
Then he whispered,
“Apparently, I’m very loud at whispering.”
The librarian slowly walked away again.
😂 Moral: Some people don’t know how to whisper—they just shout with less confidence.
