My Little Cousin Wanted to Be Rich
My little cousin walked up to me with a piggy bank.
“I’m saving money.”
“That’s great!” I said.
“What’s the first thing you’ll buy?”
He thought for a moment.
“Another piggy bank.”
“Why?”
“So I can save even more money.”
I smiled.
“Then what?”
“A bigger piggy bank.”
“And after that?”
“The biggest piggy bank ever.”
I laughed.
“So… when are you actually going to spend the money?”
He looked shocked.
“Spend it?”
“Yeah.”
He hugged the piggy bank tightly.
“That’s a terrible idea.”
I couldn’t argue with that.
