The Hotel Chef Was Asked to Make Breakfast Extra Special
A guest walked into the hotel restaurant.
“Chef, can you make my breakfast special?”
The chef smiled.
“Of course.”
A few minutes later, the chef served two eggs, toast, and coffee.
The guest looked disappointed.
“That’s my normal breakfast.”
The chef nodded.
“Yes.”
“So what’s special about it?”
The chef pointed at the plate.
“Normally, you have to pay for it.”
The guest laughed.
“That’s your idea of special?”
“No.”
“Then what is?”
The chef leaned closer.
“Normally, I serve it to you.”
“And?”
“Today, you can carry it yourself.”
The guest stared at him.
“That’s not special.”
The chef smiled.
“Exactly.”
