The Chef Announced That Dinner Was Ready
The chef walked into the kitchen.
“Dinner is ready!”
Everyone cheered.
A waiter rushed in.
“Chef, there’s a problem.”
“What?”
“The customer says the soup is cold.”
The chef tasted it.
“It’s supposed to be cold.”
The waiter looked confused.
“Why?”
“Because it’s gazpacho.”
The waiter nodded.
“Right.”
He went back to the customer.
A minute later, he returned.
“He says he wants hot gazpacho.”
The chef stared at him.
“Hot gazpacho?”
“Yes.”
The chef thought for a moment.
“Tell him that’s called soup.”
The waiter nodded.
“Anything else?”
“Yes.”
“What?”
“Tell him if he wants cold soup, we have gazpacho.”
“And if he wants hot soup?”
“Then we have soup.”
The waiter smiled.
“What if he wants both?”
The chef sighed.
“Then he needs therapy.”
😂 Moral: Never argue with a customer who wants soup to be both hot and cold. He may be inventing a new temperature.
